About Us

For over 100 years, Family ACCESS has served thousands of families from racially, economically, and culturally diverse backgrounds in Newton, as well as local communities across the Middlesex and Norfolk counties. We are a community-based, non-profit organization that empowers and strengthens families through a set of four integrated programs: The Family ACCESS Early Learning Center, Early Literacy Services, Counseling and Consultation Services, and Child Assault Prevention Program. Through these comprehensive programs, Family ACCESS offers vulnerable families assistance and resources that nurture child development, promote effective parenting skills, prevent trauma, and support working parents.

Our Early Learning Center offers an innovative and inspiring approach to education. Conveniently located in West Newton, our child care center has large, bright classrooms, garden courtyard, full-court gym and a brand new playground designed specifically for young children. Low ratios and well-trained, experienced teachers allow us to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Our curriculum is based on children's interests and is individualized for each child.
