RBLA is a New England-based Landscape Architecture firm wholly owned by Rebecca Bachand focusing on Assisted Living, Multifamily and Affordable Housing. Registered to practice landscape architecture in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, we work throughout the New England region, bringing a broad design background and experience with all phases of development to your Design Team. We’ve completed extensive public permitting efforts -- Planning Board, Conservation Commission, MEPA Filings, Chapter 40B Housing processes, etc -- and are LEED Accredited.
